Plötulopi is unspun wool (pencil roving) traditionally used to make authentic Icelandic Lopi sweaters. It is fragile and needs to be handled delicately, but once knitted, it is surprisingly strong thanks to the unique characteristics of Icelandic wool.

A single strand of Plötulopi is very delicate but it can be strengthened by twisting it lightly or by knitting it with another yarn. it also is great for felting, hand spinning and more.

Yarn Returns: Unwound skeins in original condition may be returned for credit within 3 weeks of purchase date. Opened yarn or yarn more than 3 weeks from point of purchase is not returnable or exchangeable.
