Fabric and Yarn Purchases/Returns
Books, Patterns and All Else: Books and patterns can be returned for store credit within one week of purchase. All returned items must be in unopened/original unused condition.
Class Registration and Payment/Cancellations
Please register in advance. Classes with less than 50% enrollment may be cancelled at the discretion of the instructor within 72 hours of the first class. In this case, a full refund will be given. Full refunds granted up to 2 weeks before first scheduled class. After that, and up to 72 hrs before a scheduled class, cancellations will result in credit toward another class on a stand-by basis. Cancellations within 72hrs or less of a scheduled class are non-refundable/non-transferrable unless the class sells out, in which case a class credit will be issued.
**By registering for a class, you are agreeing to our registration and cancellation policies.
*Make-ups are not available for classes.*
Summer Camp
Registration and Cancellation: Enrolling in a camp secures your child's space. You may withdraw with no penalty up to 2 weeks before the first day of a scheduled camp. After that, and within 1 week of the first day of a camp, you may withdraw minus a $75 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 1 week of a scheduled camp are non-refundable/non-transferrable. Because each camp is unique, make-ups are not available. If you miss a day, we'll get you caught up the following day.
