— All meals are chef-prepared, market-driven and seasonal — including a 3-course plated dinner with wine pairings — by on-site chef Antoinette Camphouse, who is currently the chef in residence for the Hive Center of the Book Arts Eat Their Words dinner series (Chef Toni's bio coming soon!) as well as snacks, beverages and cocktails throughout the weekend.
