With a micron count of 21, Skadi is the softest wool native to Europe. The Merino d’Arles sheep, a rare breed from southern France, produces fleece with a high crimp, creating natural pockets of air that provide warmth and insulation. The resulting yarn is incredibly fluffy, bouncy, and soft to the touch. Lightweight and lofty with a subtle sheen, Skadi is perfect for sweaters, hats, shawls, and other cozy, wearable projects.
