Heavy Merino is made of traceable, non-mulesed Merino wool. While Merino is one of the softest types of wool, Heavy Merino is a bit more rustic and less soft because the wool is taken further from the sheep’s skin. Spun in a way to minimize peeling, Heavy Merino is strong, long-lasting and wears well. It’s great for sweaters and can be combined with Soft Silk Mohair for extra softness and fluffiness.
